Financial Assistance Our fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment. Our goal is not to let expense prevent you from benefiting from the quality of care you desire and need. To facilitate this goal, we have developed the following financial options: Major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard are accepted in our office. Extended payment plans for as little as $50 a month for up to five years are available based on applicant's credit approval. We also offer financing through CareCredit. Dr. Ormsby's office overlooks the east side of Cayuga Lake. It is located on East Shore Drive near Stewart Park and the Visitors Center.
